Terms and conditions
These terms are a general draft and should receive legal review before production use.
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Felschen GmbH (the provider) and its customers for the use of the Protocol Portal software (the service).
2. Description of the service
The provider supplies web-based software for recording, managing and approving protocols as a software-as-a-service offering. The specific scope of service depends on the selected plan.
3. Contract formation and term
The contract is concluded through registration and confirmation by the provider. Unless otherwise agreed, paid plans run monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
4. Customer obligations
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for properly managing their access credentials.
5. Availability and liability
The provider strives for high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted use. To the extent permitted by law, the provider’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month’s notice before the end of the applicable contract term. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.
7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
