2. Processing in connection with the service

Protocol Portal processes the data entered by you and your organization, including account, entity, customer and protocol data, to provide the contractually agreed service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Access data, such as IP addresses and timestamps, is processed to ensure system security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Data processors

We use the following processors to provide the service. Data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR are in place with each of them.

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
• Resend: Transactional emails, such as invitations and password resets.
• Stripe: Payment processing for paid plans.

4. Retention period

Data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond where statutory retention obligations require it. Data is deleted after the contract ends and applicable statutory periods expire.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format and object to its processing. Please contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies, for example to manage your session after you sign in. These do not require separate consent under section 25(2) TDDDG.
